Low Carbon appoints Sustainability and ESG Manager
Low Carbon is pleased to welcome Harriet Parker as its Sustainability and ESG Manager. The new appointment reflects Low Carbon’s dedication to sustainability in all aspects of its work – from its BCorp status to company ethos, to its commitment to best in class fundraising and project lifecycle sustainability standards.
Harriet joins Low Carbon from Arup, where she was Senior Environmental Consultant in the London environment team. She has extensive experience working with clients on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) delivery for major and complex infrastructure projects including HS2, Thames Tideway and East West Rail.
Prior to joining Arup in September 2010, Harriet was an environmental consultant within the performance, assurance and transactions services team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). She has a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Environmental Monitoring, Modelling and Management from King’s College London.
