We care about listening to our team and take feedback seriously. This is why we were really pleased to see that 97% of colleagues took part in our recent internal colleague engagement survey.
Our overall engagement score was higher than the upper quartile of industry benchmarks used, and 98% of colleagues said they were proud to work at Low Carbon.
