Inkersall Road Solar Farm produces clean renewable electricity by solar panels and will have a capacity of approximately 31 megawatts peak. The electricity produced on this solar farm is exported to the local distribution network via underground cables. The site, located to the north-west of Duckmanton and to the south of Staveley, is approximately 58 hectares.
Following National Guidance, the layout of the panels has been designed to be sympathetic to the local landscape retaining the existing structural landscape features such a hedgerows and tree groups.
