Climate change is widely accepted as the single most pressing issue facing society on a global basis. The issue is addressed in the news media every day, as we are increasingly asked to consider the impact of our personal and professional activities on global climate, and to try and live more sustainably.

Impacts of global warming and climate change are likely to be felt across a wide range of human activities, including business, insurance, travel, construction, energy production, heavy industry, transport, human health, and national and international politics.

This will create demand in many fields for professionals with the knowledge and understanding of how to mitigate and adapt to the impacts of climate change on society and the wider environment.

Brunel’s ‘Climate Change Impacts and Sustainability’ MSc is a truly multi-disciplinary postgraduate programme that will provide students with the knowledge, understanding and skills needed for careers that will span the transition to a post-carbon economy.

A multi-school, interdisciplinary programme
The Climate change Impacts and Sustainability MSc is run by Brunel’s Institute for the Environment, in partnership with

  • the Brunel Business School
