Hestia operates as a consultant and project manager for a range of sustainable energy initiatives. The company has just been successful in tendering to run both the West Midlands and East Midlands Energy Saving Trust Advice Centres. Hestia currently provides sustainable energy consultancy services to ten local authorities in the West Midlands, including the development of many of their Affordable Warmth Strategies. The company’s Housing Team manages a range of surveying, heating and insulation schemes both regionally and nationally. Hestia’s Data Management Centre recently tendered successfully to retain a national contract from the Energy Saving Trust. The centre provides rapid capture, analysis and retrieval of data from over one million questionnaires and surveys each year.

To support its work Hestia employs a dedicated and skilled team, with a broad range of qualifications including: surveying, chemical engineering, life sciences, chemistry, electrical engineering and business management. Hestia is a member of NHER (National Home Energy Rating) and its assessors are qualified to produce energy efficiency (SAP) ratings for all types of housing.
