Experienced BREEAM Assessor

Southfacing are a leading sustainability consultancy based in central London, who provide a range of BREEAM , EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes services, energy modelling and low and zero carbon feasibility studies. We work on a variety of projects ranging from housing estates to Olympic developments. We aim to be ground breaking and also have a software department that is currently working on projects with the BRE , GLA as well as developing a number of tools in house. Essential

- Be an accredited BREEAM Offices, BREEAM Schools and/or Bespoke BREEAM Assessor.
- Have experience on leading at least three BREEAM assessment projects, one or more through to certification.
- Have experience of UK Building Regulations and Planning Requirements.
- Have a proven track record in Project Management.
- Ability to manage client expectations and work with a range of design teams.
- Methodical work ethic to gather required documentary evidence.
- Have a proven track record in working with and leading teams.
- Based in London.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactively investigate issues.
- Experience and qualified as a Bespoke BREEAM assessor.
- Other qualifications such membership of CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants programme.
